Shipping policy
How WOLACH orders are processed, shipped, documented and delivered — including transit times by channel, DDP duty terms and the rules that apply to shipping lithium batteries internationally.

Order processing time
Most items are processed within 48 hours and dispatched within 2–5 business days. Personalised and custom-made items take 1–3 weeks depending on the specification.
Your tracking number may take one business day to become active after dispatch, depending on when the carrier scans the parcel into its network.
Once an order has begun processing, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. If that happens, please use the return and exchange process or contact our support team.
Shipping and handling charges
Shipping charges vary by item weight and destination, because a dive system and a spare O-ring kit are not comparable consignments.
Your total shipping charge in US dollars is displayed during the checkout process, before payment details are entered. Orders over $500 ship free. Below that threshold a flat $39 freight charge applies.
If you need an exact freight quote for a multi-unit or unusual destination, contact us before ordering and we will quote the channel directly.
Estimated transit times by channel
Transit times below are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur because of customs clearance, port congestion, industrial action, severe weather or national holidays. We appreciate your patience when these occur — and we will tell you as soon as we know.
- Air freight — 10–12 business days. Customs clearance time at destination not included.
- Sea freight — 30–40 business days. Remote areas may add 1–2 days.
- Truck freight — 25–30 business days. Customs inspection can extend this.
- Rail freight — 40–50 business days. Customs inspection can extend this.
Lithium battery shipping statement
This product contains built-in rechargeable lithium-ion batteries. Certain airlines, countries and express carriers prohibit or restrict the shipment of lithium batteries, and we route consignments through compliant channels accordingly.
Packaging complies with UN38.3, MSDS and other documentation requirements for air transport. The relevant documents are included in the shipment and attached to the air waybill.
Empty units are airline and TSA compliant for personal travel. Even so, individual carriers may restrict lithium batteries in passenger aircraft, so confirm with your airline before you fly.
Customs, duties and import taxes (DDP / DDU)
Our standard shipping method is DDP — Delivered Duty Paid — which means import taxes and duties are included in the price you pay.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as regulatory changes, increased tariff rates, fines or inspection surcharges imposed by customs, any additional cost beyond the original quote may become the responsibility of the recipient. Where this arises we will contact you before the shipment proceeds.
If a package is returned or destroyed for reasons attributable to the customer — including incorrect identity information, refusal to pay duties, or failure to cooperate with customs clearance — all resulting costs and losses are borne by the customer.
Incorrect address, undeliverable parcels and refusal
Customers must ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is complete, accurate and capable of receiving parcels. That includes a company name where relevant, street number, postal code and a reachable contact phone number.
Any cost arising from an incorrect or incomplete address, a refused delivery, or a failed delivery attempt is the customer's responsibility. This includes return freight and any customs charges incurred on the returned consignment.
Remote and restricted destinations
Some destinations require an additional surcharge or cannot be served by our standard channels, particularly for lithium battery consignments. If your address falls into this category we will contact you with alternatives before dispatch.
Tracking and delivery confirmation
Tracking information is emailed once the parcel is handed to the carrier. If you have not received tracking within three business days of dispatch notification, contact us with your order reference and we will chase it the same day.
Please inspect your shipment on arrival. Any damage, shortage or incorrect item must be reported with photographic or video evidence within 48 hours of delivery, and the original shipping carton and labels must be retained for carrier claims.
