Last updated 28 May 2026

These terms

These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with Shenzhen Wolach Technology Co., Ltd. By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them.

If you are ordering on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

Orders and acceptance

An order placed through this website is an offer to purchase. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch, not when the order is submitted.

We may decline or cancel an order where the product is unavailable, where the delivery address cannot be served, where payment cannot be verified, where the price was displayed in error, or where the order appears fraudulent.

Where an order is cancelled by us before dispatch, any payment received is refunded in full.

Pricing, currency and taxes

Prices are displayed in US dollars and exclude any sales tax that may apply in your jurisdiction. Shipping is free on orders over $500; a flat $39 freight charge applies below that.

Our standard shipping terms are DDP, meaning import duties and taxes are included in the price for most destinations. Where a regulatory change, tariff increase, fine or customs inspection surcharge arises after the quotation, the additional cost may fall to the recipient. We will contact you before the shipment proceeds in that situation.

Sale prices, including the current S77 price, are limited-period offers and may be withdrawn or changed without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at checkout when you complete payment.

Payment terms

We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Wise, bank transfer and, for qualifying trade orders, letter of credit.

Orders paid by bank transfer are processed once funds clear. Orders above $2,000 may be placed on deposit terms by prior agreement with our export desk.

Invoices are issued in US dollars. Any bank charge, currency conversion fee or intermediary deduction is the customer's responsibility, and the amount received must equal the invoiced amount.

Safety requirements — read this section

WOLACH products are supplied-air breathing systems for use by certified divers. They are not toys, not pool equipment, and not suitable for use without formal dive training.

By purchasing and using a WOLACH system you acknowledge and accept the following requirements.

  • You hold a current diving certification appropriate to the depth and conditions in which you dive.
  • You dive within the rated operating depth of your model, and never to the laboratory-tested figure.
  • You dive with a buddy or a competent surface tender, and you do not use the system solo.
  • You carry a functioning dive computer and wear correctly fitted weights.
  • You respect recreational depth limits, no-decompression limits and local diving regulations.
  • You follow the pre-dive, maintenance and storage procedures in the product manual and published guides.
  • Where local law requires certification, a surface tender or specific equipment for commercial diving, you comply with those requirements.

Diving is inherently risky

Diving carries inherent risks including decompression illness, barotrauma, drowning and death. No equipment eliminates those risks. Training, planning, fitness and judgement are the primary safety measures; equipment is a supporting element.

These systems are specified for one diver each. Do not attempt to supply two divers from one unit.

Air quality and depth

Compression is oil-free and filtered to meet international breathing-air quality limits for supplied-air diving. Do not exceed the depth rating for your model. Do not use the equipment for technical diving, decompression diving, overhead environments, or with any gas other than atmospheric air.

Risk allocation and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the supply of products or the use of this website is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or economic losses, including lost profit, lost opportunity, lost dive time or the cost of substitute equipment.

We are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from use of the equipment outside its rated specification, failure to follow the manual and published guides, diving beyond your certification, or use by an uncertified person.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected, and local consumer law prevails where it provides stronger protection.

Warranty and returns

Warranty coverage, exclusions and the claims procedure are set out on the warranty page. Return eligibility, windows, condition requirements and freight responsibility are set out on the return and exchange policy page.

Both documents form part of these terms.

Acceptable use of this website

  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems.
  • Do not scrape, harvest or republish content at scale without written permission.
  • Do not use the site to transmit malware, conduct fraudulent transactions or misrepresent your identity.
  • Do not place orders with the intention of reselling goods as genuine where they are not, or of committing chargeback fraud.

Intellectual property

The WOLACH name and logo, product designs, patented water-drainage geometry, photography, written guides and journal content are the property of Shenzhen Wolach Technology Co., Ltd. or its licensors.

You may quote short extracts from our guides and journal for review, commentary or educational purposes with clear attribution and a link to the source page. Republication of complete articles, product photography for commercial use, or use of our branding requires written permission.

Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including customs action, port congestion, carrier failure, extreme weather, epidemic disease control measures, industrial action, or changes in export or import regulation.

Where such an event occurs we will notify you promptly and work with you on a revised timeline or a cancellation and refund.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The courts of Shenzhen, Guangdong have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Before commencing formal proceedings, we ask that you contact us so we can attempt to resolve the matter directly. In our experience most disputes arise from a miscommunication about shipping timelines, and a conversation resolves them faster than any process.

Contact fromsouth@gmail.com for any dispute or claim relating to these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force for your order is the version published at the time you placed it. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
