Warranty

12 months of cover on the machine, battery and circuit, plus 6 months on air-pump wear parts and other accessories. Cover starts automatically at purchase — there is no registration form to make it valid. Here is exactly what is covered, what is excluded, and how a claim is handled.

What the warranty covers

Every WOLACH dive system carries a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Cover is tiered by part, because a compressor and a filter element do not wear at the same rate:

  • 12 months from delivery — machine, battery pack and circuit
  • 6 months from delivery — air-pump wear parts
  • 6 months from delivery — other accessories
  • Warranty registers automatically at purchase — no registration form required

What is not covered

Warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover wear, misuse or the consequences of diving outside the design envelope.

  • Consumable parts: filter elements, O-rings, seals and the mask skirt
  • Submersion beyond the rated operating depth of the model
  • Water ingress through a seal, filter housing or charge port left open
  • Battery damage caused by charging with a non-WOLACH charger
  • Physical damage from impact, dropping or improper transport
  • Disassembly, modification or third-party repair
  • Cosmetic wear including scratches, fading and salt staining
  • Loss, theft or damage while in the care of a carrier after delivery

Warranty period and transferability

Each cover period runs from the date of delivery confirmed by the carrier, not from the date of order.

Warranty is tied to the unit's serial number and transfers with the unit if you sell it while still in cover. Keep the serial number label intact — a removed or defaced label prevents us from verifying the unit's history.

Units used for commercial, rental or paid operational purposes carry the same terms. We do not apply a reduced commercial warranty, because most of our customers are commercial operators.

How to make a claim

Email divewolach@gmail.com or WhatsApp +86 180 2540 1904 with the details below. Our engineers usually respond within 12 hours on business days, and most claims are resolved without returning the unit.

  • Your order reference or the serial number from the unit's label
  • The model and the variant (for example S7-8H)
  • A description of the fault in one or two sentences
  • A 20-second video with sound showing the unit running and the display
  • Your normal dive profile: depth, duration and water temperature
  • What you have already checked from the troubleshooting guide

What happens next

Our engineers assess the evidence and decide between four resolutions: sending replacement parts, sending a replacement unit, arranging a repair, or issuing a refund. Replacement parts ship on the same DDP terms as a new order.

Where a fault cannot be diagnosed remotely, we may ask you to open the filter housing or remove the battery pack for inspection. We will never ask you to open the compressor or motor housing — those assemblies are sealed and opening them voids cover on that assembly.

Who pays shipping on a warranty claim

Where a verified manufacturing defect is found, we cover the cost of shipping replacement parts or a replacement unit to you.

If we ask you to return a faulty component and the fault is verified as ours, we cover return freight through a compliant lithium channel. If the component is found to be functioning correctly or the fault falls under an exclusion above, return freight and any inspection costs are the customer's responsibility.

Extended cover and commercial service agreements

For fleets, rental operators and commercial users we offer service agreements covering scheduled maintenance, priority replacement units during peak season, and an extended warranty term.

Availability and pricing depend on fleet size and location. Contact the export desk to discuss a service agreement for your operation.

Your statutory rights

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not replace, any statutory rights you have under the consumer law of your country of residence. Where local law provides stronger rights than this policy, local law prevails.
